This was a nice market, for a few years. Paid well. I used to have a subscription. Good adventure SF, and I tried multiple times to place something with them.

Then, poof. Gone. Down the tubes.

Anyone know the gory details?

Near as I could tell...undercapitalization. The bane of any small enterprise. (Other than that, I only know what I read in Locus and elsewhere.)
