Some of the younger writers might not know who he is, but I'm old enough to remember when Cannell was king of television. He's doing novels now -- I actually happen to have one packed for my 60-day TDY back east -- in addition to more Hollywood work.

The second half of this interview is very inspiring. Well worth pondering whenever the nay-sayers or the doom-sayers get into your head and start messing with your morale.
