Here's an interesting statistical fact about Duotrope.
As of today, 11/21/2011, Redstone (currently closed to submissions) has 192 submissions in the queue, according to its webpage. Duotrope members report 59 submissions in the queue. Thus duotrope appears to have a 31% coverage of submitters. That seems like quite an impressive level of use.
