"My name is Triy...I am half Human, half Artho, as I'm sure you can tell." The skin on his forehead moves roughly as he takes a deep breath. The coarse skin follows the circles around his eyes stopping at his cheekbones and up to the middle of his forehead. His eyes are a deep black, no white, no color at will, just darkness. A scar begins to the right of his left eye stops just above the eye and contines to the right side of his face just past the coarse skin.
Triy leans back on his bunk. As you talk he chips away at callouses on his finger. Shaving them off with his blade. The shavings fall on the green military issused shirt he rarely takes off.
"Who am I? Its mind boggling really. I know who Jynx thinks I am and she loves me for that person. I myself am not so sure. I know who Rawd thinks I am, but he has only known me through the military period of my life. I'm sure the people I killed in Minnesota would feel differently. Or my mother. She would have a different story as well. I seem to be the only person who does not know myself and it is troublesome. Now is not the time to forget myself when decisions need to be made and they are all looking for me the make them. The miracle prisoner destined for execuation who managed to join the military instead and make ranks within the Defenders of Earth, no hybrid has ever dreamed of. Well they're dreaming now, so if I accomplish nothing and my so-called decisions fall to pieces, I will at least have accomplished that much. But then again, I am still avoiding the decisions that need to be made, aren't I?"
