According to CNN,new technology could allow advertisers to put ads in space that would be viewable at night for everyone on whole continents.

Am I the only one who would willingly fight and die to prevent them from doing this?

Yes, Russians are on edge and have been upset that the rest of the world looked down on their actions in Chechnya when they have been trying to defend themselves against terrorist actions originating in that country.

I can not believe, they are even thinking about that. It's ridiculous. Like we aren't bumbarded by enough advertising every day. Now they have to take one of the only things we have left that is (almost) untouched by humans, and polute it. [Wall Bash]

Kama, I was hoping so, but it doesn't look like it. Amsterdam is a possibility, but I don't know for how long.

The region we are adopting from Astrakhan, is on the Caspian, not anywhere close to you.

I would be very upset if this were to happen. Perhaps this will convince some people of the need for a space-based weapons platform...
