The lamb was excellent. When I took it out it was 135 degrees. After it rested it was over 150, so it was medium - no pink left, but not dry yet. Good and juicy, but next time I'll take it out earlier.

It was actually to die for - unbelievably flavorful. I highly recommend that mixture for lamb.

Thanks for all the tips, everyone. Now I no longer fear roasting.
