I'll have to agree with your comment on thier hours. I LOVE the place, but seriously, who closes a restaurant at 6pm.

That is really odd. Maybe they are so committed to health that they don't want to allow anyone to eat their food too close to bedtime, when it has a greater tendency to turn into fat. But even so, staying open until 7 would be warranted.
