The teaser (with what I assume was the UK release date)

The full trailer...

Interesting. It looks like someone took P.L. Travers, Roald Dahl, and Lemony Snicket...then mashed them into one film.

I'm a fan of Thompson and Firth, so I might check this out when it's released in the states.

This looks neat! I love Thompson and Firth, too. Especially Firth.

Pride and Prejudice...*sigh*...

Who's the little boy and why do his big brown eyes look so familiar?

It looks great.

P.L. Travers was the author of the "Mary Poppins" series. That's why I mentioned her. [Wink]

The boy is, I think, the scene-stealer from Love, Actually.

Teshi, the kid, Thomas Sangster, was Sam in Love Actually. That's where I know him from, anyway.

Edit: Phone call caused me to be too slow. [Razz]

Of course, I actually didn't know that. I grew up on the movies.

David Tomlinson remains my favorite part of the Disney film.

That and the songs.

The international website for the film is now active...

The video clips are pretty fun.

I am a HUGE Colin Firth fan! Have had a major crush on him [Blushing] since I first saw Valmont (man in tights - yea!), and my all-time favorite book is Pride and Prejudice, so of course I love the BBC production with him in it. He just IS Mr. Darcy!
The trailer looks hilarious and something that I would love to take my mom to see. Maybe we can take Kwea's aunt to see it instead since she has decided to be our adopted mom since ours are so far away.
