I find that typically, the only pieces that get read and critiqued here are pieces that are linked to in full. Now, while this does return a good number of responses, does it not toss a writer's first publication rights out a window?

It tosses electronic rights out the window. But consider that what you read is not final draft.

How does it effect first publication rights, other than electronic?
Also, do I understand that this would not be the place to post your writting if you are working on the final revision?
