Hey all. I have done the outline for my next book and need any info or good sites to find info on, about Vikings--preferably at around 1000 ad or before. No Erik the Red or Leif Eriksson, please. The story involves time travel so I am not concerned so much about location, as I am about culture and appearance, photos of reenactment societies would be nice—anyone know of a site where I can find good pictures of their long boats and clothes? I don’t plan to use the photos; I want them as a description aid only. Any info on the women would be nice as well since mostly what I find is on the men. Figures.
