An Electric Tragedy, ironically enough met with a tragic end.
The magazine is dead.

So... Does that mean I can submit my story as a reprint?

Was your story published before they died? If not, you should be able submit it as a first print. Otherwise, yes, your contract with them should have included a clause that states that if they close down, all rights revert to you immediately.
