Woohoo!http://weblog.herald.com/column/davebarry/ It's under NATURE PHOTO SEQUENCE OF THE DAY. It says "Thanks to Robert in Austin." You might find the photo featured familiar. Man, I tried to get my mom to dave barry's blog over the phone, but it was a seriously Herculean ordeal. It was like I was talking to a wall. Oh, well. I guess she'll just have to take my word for it.

Well, it's the duck picture I posted under "awful, but funny." Just think of it... Dave Barry clicked on something that I clicked on, too! EDIT: Now I'm getting the same thing. Weird. [ June 23, 2004, 03:54 PM: Message edited by: Book ]

it look like the website that hosted the image ran out of bandwith (to many people clicked the link, so their server shut them down)

Cool, Book! I didn't know Dave Barry had a blog -- so thanks for the link! Now it's bookmarked. FG

The discussion on the thread seems to be that it's photoshopped. Seems to be pretty true, too, look at the mama duck's legs.

Whether the picture is real or not, it does seem to happen on a regular basis.

Yes, it happened here a few summers back. Made the news and everything. And yeah, all the ducklings were rescued back then.

Yeah, it's a pretty polarizing picture, allright. I think your reaction should be used in testing for pre-school teaching positions.
