When is master alvin coming out? Yes, i know i can search through other posts and news, but can someone just tell me without telling me what i should do? Thanks(not meant to sound so sarcastic, sorry)

It is not currently in production. Card is working on Bully & the Beast and also Rasputin, according to the bibliography (under OSC library). My guess, which is not in any way based on... uh, anything, is that he may shoot for Wives of Israel next for the simple reason that it will be... oh, forget that. I was thinking of his church Sunday School curriculum, but it is Old Testament in 2006 and won't be again until 2010. So if he does Wives of Israel, it is unlikely be for any reason related to that. Then he might do the Ender in Exile book (forgive my lack of italics) just based on the fact that he seemed sort of excited about it last spring. But I'm basically reading tea-leaves at this point.
Also, I think Rasputin may have been in the Works in progress cue since before his last four books were released. So something being in the cue now is no guarantee that it has to exit the cue before he does something different.

I think Wives in Israel, Ender in Exile, and Master Alvin are definitely the next novels he'll be working on, as I remember reading somewhere that they're all under contract. Of course, he's also teaching a college course, writing several columns, and I'm sure still writing a play or two.

Then they'd all have the same dialogue and plot twists. No, better to let him finish each one in turn.
