Okay, so I finally got everything set up... view your t-shirt options and prices here:

http://www.visi.com/~eljay/

E-mail me your order at ElJay @ hotmail.com without, of course, the spaces.

If you will be attending KamaCon I will bring your t-shirt along and you may pay me there. If you will not be attending you may mail me a check or money order for the cost of the shirt(s) plus shipping and I will mail you the shirt. Shipping will be from the 55406 USA zip code... I'll weigh a t-shirt tomorrow and post the weight, so we can estimate shipping.

I don't have a long-sleeved Kiss Me option up, I'll pop one up probably tomorrow. And if any men want that shirt let me know and I'll quote you a price.

In order to get the shirts done in time for KamaCon, I'd like to get orders in by July 16th... that gives you two weeks to make up your mind.

Am I missing anything? Let me know...

Oh! And that's a brand-new hotmail account set up just for this, hasn't received a single e-mail yet. So if it bounces, I'm sorry... post and I'll get it fixed. [Big Grin]

(Prices are based on us getting a certain, reasonable number of orders. If for some reason we do not meet that number and I can't get the shirts for those prices, I will e-mail everyone who ordered and let them know what actual cost will be and give you a chance to back out

Okay - am I reading this right? The top five styles are for the KamaCon-Prove Your Existence design, and just the bottom (last) one is for the "Kiss Me" design. Right?

Pooka, there's a link to the design at the top of the shirt styles page, or look here for the KamaCon design:

http://studentpages.scad.edu/~dtayma20/kamacon-blue.jpg

And here for the Kiss Me design:

http://www.cammyk.republika.pl/kissme.jpg

Farmgirl, many, many people expressed opinions on what they wanted for the KamaCon shirt, and I tried to put up a choice for everyone. Just about no one said anything about the Kiss Me one. Frankly, though, you can have either design on any of the shirts, but the Kiss Me one will probably be more expensive because there will probably be less people ordering it, so we'll have to split the set up fees between less people. The numbers are based on the assumption we'll get orders for 30 KamaCon shirts and 15 Kiss Me shirts. With the interest expressed in april, that seemed reasonable.

Kama, Yes. As long as I get orders for enough shirts, you and Taalcon each get a free one. If there's fewer orders, you two get yours discounted. If there's way more orders and I end up with extra $$ over what I spend, it goes towards the hospitality room at KamaCon.

Sent mine.

[Big Grin]

On second thoughts, do you know what exactly the sizes are in inches, or better yet, in cm?

Cause I usually have the S size, but sometimes S is too small and I need M.

I can't find measurements on-line for these exact shirts, but I found them for other ribbed shirts from the same manufacturer... they list the width for the shirts as S 14", M 15.5", L 17", XL 18.5". That's my best guess for the women's ribbed shirts.

LJ, LJ, LJ! I wasn't expressing any type of disappointment! Not at all! Sorry if you took it that way.

I was just trying to make sure I was reading the page right!

I am in favor of the KamaCon over the Kiss Me one, but I just wanted to make sure I understood the choices.

[Smile] I'm not that thin-skinned, Farmgirl. I didn't take it as criticism, just wanted to give an explination for why there were lots of choices for the one and not the other.

I keep forgetting to bring my kitchen scale up so I can weight a T-shirt... maybe next trip.

Does your supplier have a size-equivalent chart somewhere? Because in my experience a woman's 2X can be anything from a 18-20 to a 22-24. I don't even have any guess as to what a man's 2X would be.

If you don't know, I'll just take my best guess. [Smile]

Sorry this turned into a hassle for you. I was put in charge of a retirement gift purchase and so far it's been no problem. I haven't collected any money yet, so...no problem.

it could embarrassing in a couple weeks when we show up with no gift.

It's not a hassle, I'm just a worry-wort. Hasn't Dana showed you our paranoid side yet? But you guys have all made me feel much better, thanks. [Smile]

I was planning on putting the printing on the front. But I don't think it matters so much, my printer is very flexible. If you'd prefer yours on the back, I'm sure that's possible. If he won't do it, I'll let you know and give you a chance to change styles.

Got it, Farmgirl... 14 orders total at this point, some of them for multiple shirts, so I'm feeling better, although we're not at my pricing estimate yet. But plenty of time to go.

I hafta go to work now, I'll respond to those of you who need my mailing addy when I get home tonight.

Oh, and Dana, Bob says he loves you. Thought you should know.

Seriously, doesn't it sound like the letters should crack off or something?

Oh, and what possibility would there be for the Prove your Existence on the capsleeved one?

Hmmmm. I can't imagine the company would have ribbed shirts in their catalog if you couldn't print on them. I'll ask, though, if you like.

The problem with getting the KamaCon design on the cap sleeved shirt is that we can use any shirts we want as long as we use the same color of printing. The KamaCon design will be printed in white, and the cap sleeve shirt only comes in pastels, so I don't think that would work very well.

We're up to orders from 17 people... I still haven't totalled them out to find out how many actual shirts. I need to make a spreadsheet. But it's been a beautiful Saturday, and I've been landscaping. Perhaps it will rain tomorrow. [Smile]

Here is the list of people I have orders from, using the name you gave me. If you sent me an order and are not on this list, my spam filter may have caught it. Let me know here, and send it again and I'll look carefully. (Filter thought Bob was spam! Smart filter...)

Kama
Blacwolve
Raia
Ceila
dkw
Katie
AJ
sndrake
Jamie
Rivka
Boon
Bob
Cecily/Narnia
Farmgirl & IvyGirl
Lima & Vana
Maureen
Theca
fiazko
Papa Moose

Se far I have orders for 23 KamaCon shirts and 8 Kiss Me shirts, meaning both will be a little more expensive than quoted unless I get more orders in tomorrow. I'll let you know for sure as soon as I finalize and get a firm quote.

Thanks to everyone who's ordered! This will be cool. [Smile]
