I am having TONS of problems with both. I can't even connect to hotmail, and I have had friends send 2 files/emails to me on gmail and they never even showed up.

Same here! My gmail e-mails aren't even going through!

Probably all of the servers were being hot fixed for that Microsoft security hole during the low traffic hours.
