I did! That was the best series ever! I need to find those books!

Madame Butterfly, Macaroni, Romulus and Remus. And that Hotel Cat, whatsisname. [Wink]

Yes. Loved it. I'm very pleased it was rereleased in 2003.

Though first I fell in love with The Fire Cat, also by Esther Averill, and a member of the same club.

Me! We still have Pickles the Fire Cat and have read it to John. I'm hoping that Jenny's Birthday Party is somewhere in Mom & Dad's basement.
