There, there. Sit in front of a nice computer screen for a while and eat some pizza.

Feel any healthier?

What you need to do is start smoking. Toughens up the lungs and helps you get in shape faster.

Just drink a lot of water and lie motionless on the couch for a long time. You'll be fine.

Remember: you only get a certain amount of heartbeats and that's it. Try to keep your heart as placid as possible at all times. High-energy activities like running are to be avoided at all costs.

It's OK if you pee in your pants.

Samprimary is right. The same applies to words. The more you speak, the closer you get to death.

"Health is the slowest possible rate at which one can die."

And I'm amused by the photo of the semi-naked corpse at the bottom of this page...

Sounds like a good start, Blayne. Tomorrow you'll be even more sore, but you should consider going for a walk to loosen up your muscles. Then stretch them out when you get back.

Hey Blayne, this morning was my second workout at the gym I just joined. I'm dying too. Except mine is more of the shaking muscles variety.

Have you been out running again?

I should invent a gaming system where you earn XP by exercising.

Some kind of gaming system where people go to parks, roleplay in costume, and get xp for killing other people who are running around dressed up as monsters?

It's her face that does it for me. Just looks ... morticious. Yes. I just made up that word. Deal with it.

ahh! flashbacks to playing with my friends in gradeschool when mom made us stop playing D&D and go outside... baseball bats and yardsticks make good swords, and for some reason every time we'd cast a spell it would involve a jumping-spin of some sort that generally resulted with the caster sprawled on the grass, but it was fun while it lasted.

I heard Death was in favor state sanctioned executions of lawbreakers. Not very progressive, if you ask me.

And then one of the best verses in music ever:

quote:
Far away, across the field
The tolling of the iron bell
Calls the faithful to their knees
To hear the softly
spoken
magic
spell.

Has nothing to to with the thread, but still.

Pink Floyd- Time?

By the way BB, just stick with it and you will be doing fine.

3 years ago I never ran, but I started and just stuck with it and I ran a marathon a few months ago.

Its always possible.
