I went for a run for a couple for a mile or so up and down my street and now I'm dying, I'm coughing alot and my muscles hurt and theres pain everywhere, I don't think I have much time left to live

What you need to do is start smoking. Toughens up the lungs and helps you get in shape faster.

Sounds like a good start, Blayne. Tomorrow you'll be even more sore, but you should consider going for a walk to loosen up your muscles. Then stretch them out when you get back.

ahh! flashbacks to playing with my friends in gradeschool when mom made us stop playing D&D and go outside... baseball bats and yardsticks make good swords, and for some reason every time we'd cast a spell it would involve a jumping-spin of some sort that generally resulted with the caster sprawled on the grass, but it was fun while it lasted.
