An American set a new world record of eating 59 and a half hot dogs in 12 minutes. Finally, after Japan has held the record for soo long, we can finally regain our title.

Well I have to say I'm excited, especially after an American came so close on the 4th last year, but I'm going to wait until the 4th of July to really do my victory dance.

I can't believe people let insane displays of gluttony such as this occur. It's one thing to eat a little more than you have to when you'd have dinner normally, but this is just eating for its own sake.

Seriously tho, almost 60 hot dogs in 12 minutes. thats insane, and very amazing. i mean damn. theres a whole bunch of questions that brings to mind about the after effects on one's body, but ill leave them out of here and just leave it at 'amazed.'
