I found it amusing that the headline on this story reads:

when actually, Shigella causes dysentery - bloody diarrhea, and nausea is a rather minor symptom. I guess diarrhea is too graphic a word for MSNBC?

Yeah. I don't really understand that when in the first sentence under that they do mention the diarrhea and vomiting.

But it's not even the banner headline, it's the smaller line below it. Whatever. The important thing is, it does mention contaminated carrots.
