Basically because of the way my courses were arranged and my total lack of foresight (ie not knowing that I would fail some classes...) I essentially in my first 2 years completed all of my "non core" course englishes, humanities, french, etc.

This is bad because next semester I only have 2 classes Telecom and Web programming (Php!) to redo.

I requireth a minimum of so and so hours to be a full time student.

If I pay for additional classes I can be considered a part time student.

If I don't pay I still have to pay for the current classes ontop of the one time entrence fee.

Catch 22..... Darn you game theory!

But after talking to my teacher there is a possibility I could get an exception and be able to take my two classes without additional cost. hurray for friendly teachers!

What do professors have to do with the cost? Isn't it up to the university?

the professors aka the Computer Science Dept. are the ones who request the exception from the Uni on my behalf.
