A Parody of Star Wars or Politics--your choice.

Chancellor Obama-tine sits at his throne/desk. Outside, through the glass of the West Wing one can see, for just a moment, the Millennium Falcon fly by amongst the rest of the space-traffic.
In walks three Jedi on a mission, their leader, Mace Palin.
"I hope you are here to tell me that General Bin Laden has been destroyed?" said the busy Chancellor.
"Chancellor Obamatine," said Mace Palin formally, "You are hereby under arrest for acts of sedition against the Republic."
"Fool!" said the Chancellor, "I am the Republic."
"That is for the courts to decide, you commu-Sith lord." answered Ms. Palin.
"Then its finally come to this." A light-Media-phone popped into his hand.
Palin and the other two Jedi activated their Light-media-phones.
In a flash the sly Obamatine jumped over the heads of the Jedi and attacked from the rear--"Don't cry for me Argentina--Cry for the Jedi Sanford."
With a scream Jedi Sanford imploded and fell to the ground.
Obamatine then blocked several attacks around unemployment numbers and Ayers contacts, then with a viscous blow, he took out another Jedi. "Jedi Huckabee-any more cop killers get out of prison under your stern watch?" Huckabee collapsed just like his political future.
But Mace Palin was no easy novice. Well, maybe she was a novice, but she had grit, soccer-mom native fortitude, and a history of high-sticking that was great training in Light-Media-phone battles.
Back and forth they went, the pure whiteness of Mace Palin's base against the dark power of Obama-tine's.
But it was Obama-tine that was in control. He was waiting for the opportune moment. He was waiting for his new apprentice.
In walked.....

Ok, this parody is going well, but who should be the apprentice. Who should be the Anakin.
My ideas--
President George W. Bush--trained under Obi-Won Cheney.
Senator McCain--a traitor to conservatives because of his moderate leanings. He has trained under OBush-Won-Canady. Cheney is moved to the Yoda post, because, well, there are certain physical resemblances.
Governor Jeb Bush--continues the line of Bush, but this time as a Commun-Sith lord. Doesn't fit with what I know of Governor Bush's personality, except he could be portrayed as upset at not getting a position as Chancellor.

Entertaining. Unfortunately, I thought this was a discussion of the book by the same name. I haven't decided if the series is worth reading yet and I was hoping for insight. Darn.
