I have strep throat(waites for everyone to back away in fear) and a bizarre sleep schedule, can I have some pills? I'm supposedly not contagious anymore, you guys can stop backing away now.

Today was my first day back to work, after being out sick for a week. Thank goodness, I had a fairly easy day, but I could still use a nice nap. Got a spare bed for me?

I have a sinus infection. I didnt go to school yesterday or today. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting to see the doctor yesterday, and still didnt get to see him. Today I had to wait until 2:30pm for the doctor to call my house and ask me what symptoms I had, then he said he'd call CVS and have them get me some anti-biotics.

I'm recovering from the flu. I work third shift, so I sleep during the day. Well, Monday through Wednesday, I slept straight through until it was time to go back to work. Then Wednesday night, after I got to work, the chills and body aches began and got worse and worse. They let me go at 4am. I went home, put on a sweatshirt and pj pants, threw a sleeping bag over my blanket and comforter, and spent the next six hours awake with fever, chills, headache, body aches, waiting for the fever to break. The most miserable six hours I've had in a very long time. Now I'm taking it easy at a friend's house even though I should be at work. It's so nice to have a job with sick time.
Now that I'm through whining, my sympathies to all the other sick people.

Last night I was so sick I didn't even want to post on Hatrack :gasp:. I watched TV instead. I had the aches and fatigue. I guess I should go take more vitamins now. I go back and forth between "I wish I were dead" and "Please God, I'm only kidding about dying, I really want to live and be healthy, and I'll try to be a better person."
