While reading the introduction to Ender's Game, I saw that OSC made up his own rules for the wonderful board game Risk. Does anyone happen to know what these rules are, or where they can be found?

I did this same exact thread about 3 years ago. OSC replied to it and gave his rule changes. I can't remember what all of them are, sadly.
