I'd like to go on the eighth, but I'm actually going out of town that weekend (getting out of Bloomington! whoo-hoo!).

Does anyone else comprehend the sheer amount of awesomeness ferrets have? I mean, they are born the coolest thing ever, except Evanescence of course.

Maybe he only meant ferrets who are from or live in Bloomington, and are members of hatrack or maybe he got confused about which thread fe posted on

You know, it has occurred to me just recently that everyone I know who owns a ferret used to live in Bloomington. I wonder if there's a connection.

Anyway, it seems to me that Bloomingtonians are mostly dog people, which makes them alright with me. Hooray for puppies of all ages and sizes!

Bloomington is like a second home for me. I grew up in Lafayette in Married student housing outside of Purdue. About once a month my family and I would go and visit my aunt (who is the coolest lady in the entire universe!) who used to live in Bloomington. Going there is like arriving in some town forgotten by time. I feel like I'm a yuppie violating some sacred harmonious hippie pact whenever I go. But good golly, Bloomington Rocks!

Your welcome, also I think a few people may have joined in recent months who weren't here when this thread went around before, but are from or live in Bloomington (or so their profiles say ).
