If there are any Muslims out here, I never have heard anything about what women are supposed to experience in Paradise. I presume it's comparable in some way, but I'm lacking on detail.

Has anyone else noticed Scott's increased violence of late? [Angst]

First it was throwing tomatoes at innocent passers-by, now he's beating people to death with flashlights . . .

*looks back over shoulder*

Um, I'll be going now.

*flees*

Scott has also been funnier lately.

He does bitter and angry well.

We'll let you know when you go over the edge, buddy. For now, keep raging away.

I must have some major issues to work through.

Wish I could figure out what they are. . .

Maybe I could sue someone once I find out who's to blame. . .

I'm not sure if it is Hadith or from the Koran, but a major muslim idea about women is expressed in the phrase "Nine parts of desire". Whereas men have one part of desire. Desire meaning cupidity. Which I think is why they keep the hairs of their head covered, is because it is such a turn on. I read a book by that title, and in it the author visited the widow of Iran's Ayatollah. Underneath her hijab she had dyed red hair and sculptured fingernails. This is different from the Taliban approach, but they are Sunni, after all.

Shia (mainly in Iran) also practice contractual marriages, decried as prostitution by some Sunni. It is part of my theory that the Homecoming Series is to Shia as Dune was for Sunni Islam.

(edit: left out a critical vowel- Stupid English)

Wasn't the Homecoming series based on the Book of Mormon?
