However, he is a Devon Rex called Albus (as in Dumbledore) and looks somewhat like this except with slightly sleeker fur and blue eyes.
We got the Devon Rex because we are all quite allergic to cats - and the short hair makes it much easier. Plus, they look like ET when they're kittens.
But a side aspect is Devon Rexes are bred for friendliness and contact - so they love their cuddles! Albus won't eat until he's had his morning cuddle. And in the evening, after supper, he likes to kiss everyone who is sitting down - we try to dissaude this practice. Cat food kisses are not so fun.
