I hear most parents decide not to see non-family films with or w/o their children. But that's b/c I got this from boxofficemojo.com's forum. And also, that's my theory. Is that correct? If so, why? I guess it must've been mostly violence, profanity, or nudity.

Intrinsic family value, post hoc, remmember balance? In other words, works of film.

What was the question again?

want2write, I hate to say this, but I can almost never understand the things you write. This is no exception.

Okay, I think what you are saying is that you hear most parents don't go see non-family films, even when their children aren't with them.

I suppose this would be weird, cause you'd think the only reason parents don't go see such films is because those films would be bad for their kids. But if they don't go even when their kids aren't around, I would suspect they just don't want to go to non-family films.

Maybe the experience of being a parent makes one dislike non-family films for some reason....
