should i be worried. I mean should I just stop and go home or see a doctor? I've a project that needs to be ready by monday.

Took some tylenol. Its gone down somewhat.

I called my boss. she wants to me to finish up first. [Mad]

Go home. No work should have the right to put your health at risk unless it is part of the job description. The project, even your job, is not worth your health. 102 is getting dangerously high, if they try to penalize you, you would have such a strong case.

Go home and see a doctor.
