I will remain firm in my commitment to never play a video game that I have to keep paying for. If I paid for it each month, I'd feel like I have to play enough to get my money's worth, and it would become another chore.

Meanwhile, I've been playing the A Tale in the Desert II beta, and it's just as fascinating and slow-paced as the original!

mph, I look at online games like this as a service. If I can justify getting 2 movies worth of entertainment out of the game, per month, then I think it's worth it.
