Ever since somebody reminded me that I need it, I won't be satisfied until we have the entire series of Dinosours out on DVD.
Also, I need at least Season 3 of Arrested Development. Given that they're not finished airing Season 2 yet, I think it'll take a while for that to happen.

I'm glad you posted this link. It gives me hope that I may finally get the second season of Twin Peaks.

I'd love to get the first four seasons of The Amazing Race on DVD, since there's no other way for me to see them!

Wow, AM, that's really tempting... especially if they're telling the truth about having "extras" like TV interviews and check presentations. Mmmmmm.

I just found out that the Sopranos' dvds do not go all the way up through this year! WHAT?? We are almost through year four. So now, I am in the same situation I am in with these dagblasted fantasy writers, Martin and Haydon.

Stargate!!!! I have season 1 & 2, now just need the rest.
Stargate Atlantis Season One Complete is available here already. Except it's not complete. It only has episodes 1-4, 6-15. What do they have against episode 5? And what, the season just ends at 15? Yeah, right!

I would like to see a Wallace and Ladmo DVD, but that's probably not the most likely thing to be released nationally.

Holy cow! I grew up on that stuff in Phoenix. We were there from '67 to '78.
My brother moved back there a few years ago and discovered that Pat McMahon was televising a weekly show of W&L greatest moments. He's been taping them for me.
Oh, and the last time I was visiting my brother in Phoenix, he took me to the Wallace and Ladmo museum.
I'm a big Mister Grudgemeyer fan myself.

quote:And FINALLY the fourth season of Due South is out. Thank God.
Netflix doesn't have any of Due South, and I wanted my husband to see it, and it's too expensive for us to buy everywhere I find it.

I know. I wanted to Netflix Due South as well. Also annoying: Netflix has the second season of Northern Exposure, but not the first.
Other than that, I love Netflix for watching television. So far, I've Netflixed 5 1/2 seasons of Stargate Sg-1, Sports Night, and Freaks and Geeks.

Well, O'Neill's cuter than MacGyver. Carter's smarter. Daniel is more philosophical. And Teal'c is stronger. No wonder they're on top.

But since SG Atlantis was missing episodes and we took it back, they haven't released a new set of DVDs, so we're currently sans Atlantis. Which has me very unhappy.

You know, unless they changed this, there is a place somewhere on Netflix you can request disks they don't currently stock. In fact, click here to go to that page.
There are an amazing number DVDs coming out every week these days so it's understandable to miss a few now and then.

KarlEd, I love you. I know how to add things to my queue that haven't been released yet but are in their catalog (Stargate Atlantis' first season, f'rinstance), but didn't know (or think to figure out) how to request things like this.

*sigh* What kind of SG-1 fan are you?
I knew it was October! I did! But do you have any idea what my October LOOKS like this year?

*odd look* Um, you do see the irony in that statement, neh? Anyway, I disagree. Jack is handsome. MacGyver is cute.

Ron and I watched the dvds of Profit, a show from 1995 that critics LOVED and NOBODY watched. Fox cancelled it after two episodes aired. It was ahead of its time. There are hints of lesbianism and it dances around incest. It would have been a perfect cable show, but those wer ethe days before HBO got in to episodic TV.
The "graphic, 3-d interface" on the company's computer system and the absolute HUGENESS of the cell phones are the only things that really date it (outside of the occassional 90s wardrobe flashback).
