Yes, Kwea, I know. That means, then, that Irami's talk about screwing the few people who didn't do as well holds less weight.
And I agree about the ambiguities involved in whatever Bush's plan will be. No one except (maybe) Bush and his associates can say what that will be. Certainly we haven't heard about it.
