Yay! [Party] Despite living about 50 miles from there my entire life I don't have much advice expect have plenty of warmies, and don't let the snow get you down. [Smile]

How long was the delay?

Congratulations! You're just one mission away from my husband's aunt, uncle, and cousins. [Smile]

Oh, and I have to add, don't be surprised if you can't walk, bike, or run as fast or far as you're used to without getting tired at first. But two years is a nice long time to get better. [Wink]

And start drinking your water NOW! You'll need three months to get good and hydrated before Denver sucks out all your moisture. [Big Grin]

But really, congrats! That is awesome. [Smile] I'll find out what mission my brother lives in and tell him to invite you to dinner.

I love the cold.

quite long, they didn't send it out right away, and then after it was sent out, they found out that my doctor forgot to fill out one section of the forms...

For some reason, I never knew you were of missioning age. I assumed you were mouch older. Weird.

I've always felt mentally older than physically...

I've had alot of fun with the irony of getting my mission call on April 1, with people who know I've been waiting a long time to get it.

Congratulations!

Is that anywhere near Pueblo West, Colorado? I have a friend who is on her mission there right now.

I believe a friend of mine was in that same mission, and served in the Golden stake, which is, incidentally, where I grew up. Lovely, lovely. I grew up in the Evergreen Ward, whose meetinghouse is made of logs!
