I saw this and thought of Rivka, and didn't know if she knew about this.

I have incredibly fond memories of coming home from my crappy data entry job and watching Lois and Clark with Christine while we ate Mama noodles.

They're kind of like Ramen noodles, but with more interesting (and hotter) flavors. You can get them at most Asian grocery stores.

I have many fond memories of L&C. [Smile] I made it through early labor twice watching episode after episode that I had on tape. [Big Grin]

(The first kid had the poor timing to be born before I was aware of L&C's existence. [Wink] )

Those look yummy!

*laugh* Not the pork ones, necessarily, but the pictures in the first link.

Some babies have a lot of nerve, eh?

L&C definitely reminds me of a happy time in my life. Funny, I wasn't aware of it as that at the time, but in retrospect it was. If I hadn't been preoccupied worrying that I'd be stuck in a dead end job and a tiny near studio apt. for the rest of my life I could have just enjoyed it for what it was.

[Big Grin] Yeah, I figured you probably wouldn't go in for the pork flavored ones.

Their Chicken rice porridge is incredibly good. Can't recommend it highly enough.

[Edit--and this is my favorite of their noodle soups.]

Me too, except it was the time back when I could still do my homework in front of the TV and then have time to do other stuff.

Ahhhh... I miss those days.

(goes to bed)
