Well, the Revel is over. I actually had a Hatrack visitor! It made me sooooo happy, even though she did try to warp the minds of my young guests. And she got Mr. Gardener to say unflattering things about me. She is, as you may guess, thoroughly Evil.

Guy 1: Suddenly the internet went from being a way for government agencies to connect to a way to get porn.

It was so much fun. Next year's change of venue to Dragonwood can only lead to it being even better. Better!
And there will be May wine.
The guest list was very diverse. I talked to people about scotch, home schooling organizations, computer literacy in incoming college students, video games, endangered snakes and, of all oddball conversations that only an engineer would get herself into and then find fascinating, the new generation of septic systems. And I got to dance around a May Pole.
Plus, there was May wine.
I don't think there was anyone not having a good time. Adults, kids, babies, everyone was enjoying the fun. I've never been around such a large group of well behaved children. I told Bill they must have been drugged because even good kids aren't that good.
