It's an old joke from Monty Python, a sentence uttered for the very first time in the entire history of the English language by said speaker (or typer).

Hi Moose.

Hi Dog.

Creeping back into my hidey hole now. Dang day job.

quote:
You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity. You can start in small ways with ping-pong ball eyes and a funny voice and then you can paint half of your body red and the other half green and then you can jump up and down in a bowl of treacle going "squawk, squawk, squawk..." And then you can go "Neurhhh! Neurhhh!" and then you can roll around on the floor going "pting pting pting"...

Olav! Good to see you again, lady. Or should I say counselor? Hope all is well. And thanks for clearing that up.

Hullo Papa Moose! I think "Emily" should suffice. People only call me "lady" or "counselor" when they're very upset with me.

And don't any one get the wrong idea about my general knowledge of Monty Python. I only knew this because I personally witnessed Dog and his cousin rehearsing this line and laughing hysterically. I may even be wrong about which British comedy troupe this is.
