Ok, so i'm noodling around on my computer, lending an ear to the TV as the football games are about to start...
...the announcer goes into a "heart felt" mourning and rememberance of the tragedy of 9/11, and "In Honor of 9/11 we give you Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey".

Today the cricket game was half off. It's got nothing to do with 11/09/2001.
It seems like yesterday on the one hand, but like a decade ago on the other. I only now realised how much I've changed since I was 11 (I remember exactly what I did that day). How time goes by, and how politic changed since then.
But I'll always remember. I remembr the 11 hours of nonstop news here. No breaks. Absolutely NONE for 11 hours.

SBS, me and you have nothing in common. However, my sentiments exactly this time. If they are considered the highlights of America, than perhaps it isn't worth saving.

""In Honor of 9/11 we give you Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey"." Actually, it might have been kind of cool if we really had been "given" Jessica Simpson and Nick Lahey. You know, to do with as we will, and all that. It would certainly lift my spirits to torment those two. Maybe make a variety show/reality show/makeover show where they have to tapdance together while yelling at each other about whose fault the divorce is and getting plastic surgery at the same time. That would be sweet.
