I have found my bliss. I am following it. What's supposed to happen after that?

Yesterday, I took my baby outside in his little wagon. He slept most of the time. My husband and I planned our landscaping, checked the happy bees, and planted peas. My daughter and her friend helped clear rocks from the lawn-to-be. Everyone was contented and happy. It was a lovely day, and we spent much of it outdoors. AHHH!

What is your bliss? Have you found it yet?

Watching Raina sleep in the sun. She looks so content, and so soft and fluffy. Sometimes she will twitch the very tip of her tail lazily. Or she'll start dreaming, and her paws will twitch a bit. It's almost meditative for me to watch her during these times.

It depends. Sometimes bliss will take a cab, in which case you'll need to keep a fairly low profile. Other times bliss will duck into a store to lose you, and you'll need to pretend to be reading a newspaper.

This weekend, my bliss was saying something silly and off-the-cuff, and tickling Chris with it in just the right way that he couldn't stop laughing. It was one of those only-funny-in-context moments when the stars align and something sorta clever comes to mind at the perfect time with the perfect audience and hilarity ensues. I'm smiling just thinking about it. [Smile]

[Frown] Saddly no, I have never found my Bliss. but it is good that you can enjoy your family like that.

But to quote my favorite movie:

"Remember Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies"

This past weekend, my Bliss was sitting in a room with 65 friends of varying levels while we all stitched and chatted and nibbled and generally had a lovely social time.

And Advent gets props for bringing in Shawshank! [Smile]
