Has anyone else read this series? I'm not usually too much into mysteries, but I've taken to these books. They are written by Elizabeth Peters, and have a depth of character development not usually seen in mystery.

Yeah, I've read some of them. They get old after a while, though. I did want to name a cat "The Cat Bastet"

I've read all but the most recent couple of books in the series, and I'll get to those eventually. Good, fun books. I suspect that whoever wrote the recent Mummy films had more than a passing familiarity with them.
