I don't know why I'm thinking about this now, but has anyone else ever played an old computer game called The Silver Cow? It's for the Apple II, and is described by its author as

Hi-res tiles Ultima-style game with no Ultima style depth. An amusing voice-digitized "MOO!" at the start, on an Apple II!
Apparently the game's creator also worked on the Commander Keen games, Wolfenstein 3D, and Doom.
