Would anyone be able to tell me how much security I'd lose if I disabled McAfee Firewall and enabled Windows Firewall? (I also have a firewall on my router)

You shouldn't lose much if you are behind a router. The router does most of the work as it is....but windows firewall is worse than nothing, IMO. I hate it with a passion.

My reasoning is as follows: I have WPA Security on my router, which is incompatible with my Nintendo DS. I have a Nintendo Wi-fi receiver, but it gets blocked by McAfee's Firewall (But not Windows' or the Router's).

Ditch the McAfee, IMO. There are better options out there, even among freeware, but my understanding of it is that with a router a software firewall isn't necessary.

not true, a router isn't perfect protection people turn on DMZ or open ports all the time viruses can get through to one computer and infect the remainder of the network in extreme cases.
