Man. I've had so many problems with this. For many years, -I- was in denial over my depression and anxiety, making excuses and hiding the truth from myself through distractions.

Even when I finally admitted it, it still took a while for me to break down and take something.

And even then, some of my siblings, friends, etc (not all of them, but some) ask me "why don't you just try not being depressed?"

I have. And for some reason, I really can't function without help. [Frown]
