I got used to it, but it's hard to motivate yourself to post when it takes, like, 5 minutes for the post to go through.
Not being able to watch video online sucked a little.
I got an Alltel wireless modem. It's 60 bucks a month, but it's as fast as a cable modem. I also bought a new computer. It's not the top of the line, but it's a crapload better than that thing from the year 2000 Windows ME-running POS that I was using.
