Undoubtably, OSC is a carnecrudophobe. The evidence is irrefutable-- he's even admitted to such in one of his columns.
Please join with me in banning all of OSCs gastronomical ventures until he apologizes for this egregious and socially irresponsible attitude.

How can you go on tirades about the lack of a good Lithuanian restaurant in Greensboro, and leave this cankering sore of gastronomical cruelty open and weeping like an abused child?
Throw off the chains of your repressive culinary masters, and embrace the liberalism of rare!

Why? In that movie that is all he was...he became better with experience, but A Knight's Tale is hardly Oscar caliber.

I'm with OSC on this one. If my meat is cooked, it should not be pink. Depsite what my husband says, if my meat bleeds when I cut it it's not "au jus".

What I find most incomprehensible is that OSC still claims to be a vegetarian, while he consistently backs pork, beef, and chicken. I don't know how he reconciles these views- I realize he calls himself a "southern vegetarian," but honestly I don't think the term applies today. He may call himself one, but his record speaks to his hawkish carnivorous leanings.
