I have been on the phone for over 2 hours with Virgin Mobile, it started when i bought a 20$ top up card. The Pin number that was on the card got completely scratched off after i got it, 3 minuted after, so i went back in the store to try t get a refund. When i was told i couldn't i was told i could call Virgin while in the store.
I did.

The first man i talked started yelling at me when i told them that there is no way i could fax him a copy of the card and the reciept. I'm in Vermont during a blizzard. After another hour and half, i was told i needed to fax it. I don't understand how theres no way i can e-mail or send a picture on my picture phone to them.

I just got done filing a complaint against the man who yelled at me and repeatedly called me thick-headed. I was wondering if any of you had any ideas of what i should do now. I just want to speed up the process of getting my refund or my phone credited. If anyone has any experience with them and knows where or whom to call it would be very much appreciated.
