It's one thing to only invite certain people to an event, everyone does that, it's no big deal.

It's quite another to exclude one of your so called friends (even though you know he wanted to come) because you all think he's "creepy" and laugh at him behind his back. That person should at least know that he's being taken advantage of and find better friends.

I think, under no circumstances, should that guy beg or try and force himself into the party or whatever anyway. Just realise the people think nothing good of him and move on to something better.
