This is truly sad. Anyone who has traveled those stations very much realized how many people were packed in them when these terrorists set off their bombs. Let's hope the Russian FSB can find and liquidate as many of the terrorists who were connected to this event as possible so it doesn't happen again.

Russia's citizens better get used to the slide into total dictatorship.

I hope there is as little further "liquidation", as you put it, of people as possible.

Unless, of course, the desire is to turn Russia into even more of a hardline dystopia.

With Putin behind the scenes? Not that the Chechnyans are harmless puppies, but I wouldn't be surprised if this were a staged attack to distract from recent protests against Putin's mismanagement of the Russian economy.

Either way, I'm sure this will result in an increased police state, if Putin's even capable of getting more powerful.

So I see the United States propaganda machine is as healthy as ever. Even as Russia stepped in to save civilians in the Ural mountains from a psychotic American/Soros puppet regime's clear use of brute force against civilians the US media made it look as if Russia was the bad guy. As Putin has tried to revitalize Russia after the US-backed drunk (Yeltzin) allowed the country to be plundered by oligarchs the media and state department still tries to rip on Putin and Medvedev.
Glad Obama has so much support in the USA. Glad we have ethical people like Reid and Pelosi representing the average American taxpayer. I wonder if the Russians would trade their leaders for our "Axis of Evil."

I would imagine a real slide into total dictatorship would involve less public commentary on it.

I doubt any real slide into dictatorship takes a form you would readily imagine. I think that's why it's a slide rather than, say, a brisk walk.

Sliding is inherently slower than brisk walks?
