(((Ketchup Family))) These poor kids have had more than their share of trauma of late. Let's hope and pray that the injuries turn out to be less serious than initially believed and that all recover quickly and fully.

Ketchupqueen has posted again. She says no critical injuries. I think she has lost her glasses, though. Friends were trying to get in touch with her optometrist.
On the bright side, many, many people are rallying around (virtually) and offering support.

My thoughts and wishes are with them for a speedy recovery. It seems the worst things always happen to the best people at the least convenient times. I hope they're all back on their feet soon.

Read more details about this on facebook last night and saw pictures of the car. It is incredible that all of them are alive, honestly. I can't believe how minor the injuries are compared to the destruction of the car. Thank goodness everyone was well restrained in the car in good car seats and seatbelts. it really is a testimony to the necessity of proper restraint for all car riders.
My best wishes to them all and hopes for a speedy recovery.

Thank you all! We are home safe. I'm still in a neck collar, Jeff is sore, Bridey has a broken leg (and is off it until her sutures heal, 2 weeks, but at least has a hard cast now, and will get a walking cast for 4 weeks when that comes off), Ems and Mags are doing pretty well with processing. We're staying at my mom's house because it has no stairs, and we can wheel B around in her wagon. Relief Society sisters and a few other friends and family members come around to help me with physical stuff since I can't lift and B can't bear weight on her leg, both for 2 weeks. (My mom is out of the country until the 9th.)
I'm so glad that my story seems to be spreading. I feel this happened for a reason. And I begin to understand some of what Becky's mission was. She is saving other mamas' babies' lives now, undoubtedly. (If not for her, we'd have not had the Odyssey... If she'd lived, I'd have been in the front seat, where we rolled onto a rock...)
If you'd like to help, please feel free to share this link (or other writeups, there are a few, and will be more) with your friends (with and without children) on forums, social networking sites, by e-mail, or whatever. I feel strongly that this crash happened to US so that it could save the lives of others, and that I have been directed in my work to keep my children and others' children as safe as possible while doing something inherently very dangerous-- driving.

KQ: Oh, my word. I am so gad that you and your family are going to be okay. Those pictures are intense. Take the time you need with healing. Blessings.
