Starts about 6 minutes in, the positions seem to be "piracy is bad and it would be nice to find a solution" and "piracy is bad but it will never be possible to find a solution."
I'm sympathetic to party A, in the sense that if there was some way to only go after the individual uploaders and not harm the little guy great; but agree with party B in that its pretty much impossible and there will always be present a slippery slope where anything that could be done to fight piracy can also be used to hurt the consumer. Party B's (I can't recall their names) claim that they want to rewind the clock and get rid of the internet and computers strikes me as incorrect however, they want to control said internet and computets and bring it more closely in line to US interests as opposed to what it is now as an entity that doesn't respect the United States as a political entity.
