Looked like it could be an interesting survival show. The premise seemed to be interesting enough, "Get dropped off naked in some remote locale and try to survive for 3 weeks."
Then they give the two people 2 chosen survival tools, 2 burlap bags and a map of the area. If you're going to give them a machete, a steel firestarter, and a map what's the point of them being naked besides a cheap gimmick to draw viewers?
Then, if you have to give someone food and IVs and medicine or take somebody out and bring them to the hospital to feed them and give them antibiotics why bring them back? They've obviously failed to survive on their own.
Why do our TV shows always turn out to be or turn into such crap?

Danger is escalated when naked. You need to build more extensive shelter, be more careful how you travel, etc.

They do fail, but that doesn't mean they have to die! Sheesh!
