One of the things that stupid people cannot do, is conceptualize, nor accept responsibility, for the secondary or tertiary effects of their decisions.

The hallmark of stupid people, is that they cannot take responsibility for the effects of the things that they decide not to do.

A decision to not act when one can improve things is the most grave sin that one can commit.

Example: The Holocaust.

Free Will:

The awareness, between multiple options, of a decision to be made.

The more decisions that you are aware of, the more Free Will that you possess.
